Training that exercises all the main muscles of the body with dumbbells or two bottles filled with water, training that takes place in a single section or in various sections on different days. I recommend you do 3 sets of each exercise. The muscle groups exercised are: Biceps, Triceps, Dorsal, Pectoral, Quadriceps, Calves and Abdomen. I recommend a short warm-up such as running on the spot or stationary bike or jumping rope and then perform the stretching illustrated before carrying out the exercises with weights. what is fitness: Fitness is a concept that refers to the ability of a person or machine to perform a specific function or, in a holistic definition, the human adaptability to cope with various situations.
